Windows 10: Why can't my settings remain with undates?

At every update, my setting get messed up: The narrator blares about 20 x when composing emails, the lockscreen is back (no one else uses my laptop), and on and on...

x-ing the narrator works only for a few seconds before it is back full blast.,and I have no need for a lock screen. I think my next laptop will be a google device.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
