Windows 10: Why Counter Strike Source Game not launching after I updated Windows 10 .

I updated windows 10 to Version 1903 Build 18362.295. Before the update my CSS game worked fine. Before update I was using windowed mode by applying -w launch option in the target textbox of Desktop Shortcut of the game. So the game used to open in windowed mode and removing -w would launch in full screen mode. But after the update, the game won't even launch, with or without -w launch option. I tried reinstalling game multiple times, changing desktop resolution, compatibility mode. But none of them worked.

• Added cs_militia with High Dynamic Range (HDR) lighting
• Fixed player name crash exploit
• Fixed rare visibility issue near portals such as doorways and windows
• Fixed a bug that occasionally resulted in doors becoming stuck closed
• Fixed animation issue with shotgun reloads interrupting fire animations
• Fixed bug where footsteps sometimes sounded for crouched players on stairs or slopes (they no longer do)
• Fixed buy menu locking up if keypad Enter is bound to "buymenu"
• Detail props sway in the breeze now
• Underwater observers no longer play drowning damage sounds
• Hostages can open doors and step up onto ledges/stairs now

dunno if anyone has seen this but to those of you that like CS:S or interested in it and haven't you should download the update here!
it's a 1.638GB download.

Wonder if the "many source engine updates" part will interfere with bunnyhopping lol
