Windows 10: WHY did my laptop suddenly forget it has bluetooth!!!

So I paired my galaxy earbuds to my laptop as usual and in the MIDDLE of my using the thing and it working fine. Suddenly the sound stops. I look and see they are not paired anymore. No problem, I'll just re connect them. Except I can't. Because according to Windows 10 my laptop doesn't even have bluetooth! WTF?? How can it be working perfectly and then suddenly delete it's own bluetooth?



I tried going to device manager and deleting the buds under hidden devices. Didn't work.

I tried re installing the lenova yoga bluetooth drivers. Nothing.

Tried restarting and updating- Nothing.

WTF???

Buds still work great with my phone.

Microsoft bluetooth mouse 3600 suddenly undetected


I'm using a Microsoft mouse 3600 on Windows 10, all worked fine until suddenly the mouse stopped working, it disappeared from the Bluetooth detection and can't be found anymore. I need to say Windows performed an update yesterday but it still worked fine after the update. I've tried replacing batteries, updating Bluetooth driver, went one step before the updates and nothing. I obviously tried troubleshooting about anything.The mouse does work on other laptops.

Any ideas? thanks

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

Undo forget Bluetooth device and find my Bluetooth device again

If the issue still persists, we suggest restarting the Bluetooth Support Service. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows key + R, and then type services.msc. Click
  OK.
• In the Services window, look for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right-click on Bluetooth Support Service, and then select
  Restart.
• Right-click on it again, and then select Properties.
• Switch the startup type to Automatic.
