Windows 10: Why did September 20, 2022-KB5017858 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework delete...

I do an automatic windows update, and all of my saved passwords are GONE!! Why Microsoft, WHY??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still have Windows Control Panel saved web credentials - how do I get them back into Edge??
