Windows 10: "Why did your PC restart" infinite loop

Hello,

After doing a recent windows update, my pc began experiencing some problems. It wouldn't boot up after the log in screen. Icons and desktop wallpaper wouldn't showup and the screen would just remain frozen.


So heres what i did to fix the issue.

1. From advance startup, I used system restore. This didn't fix the issue.


2. I then booted up the pc in safe mode and using CMD i checked the pc for errors (/sfc/scannow). This showed that some files were corrupted and sfc couldn't repair some files. I tried using the DISM to restore the files but without the ISO file it was impossible.


3. So, i backed up my files in my external hard drive and decided to reset my pc. I chose to do complete reset. After that once i boot up my pc i cant go beyond the screen where you set up language and time zone. Once i set up the language and all and click next an erroneous scrren shows "Why did your pc restart" and gives some options. I followed what was written there. I connected my pc to a network but still this hasn't fixed the issue. I am now stuck in this infinite pc loop.

Need help to come out of infinite restarting loop on my Nokia Lumia 635.

I am getting a blue screen saying (as far as i can remember)

Can't Boot Into Windows Since Feature Update, Infinite Loop & Restarts


All right, ran the commands. No luck, PC is still restarting before anything to do with Windows loads.
