Why do I have a Microsoft Account task with no Microsoft Account?

This is puzzling me. I log in with a local account and disabled OneDrive in the group policy editor (along with most other standard stuff like WU/Telemetry (plus regedit)/etc). The only app I have ever logged in with was the Store (one time "this app only") then removed the account from settings.

So what is this and why is it always running? As the top process no less, occasionally spiking up to 5% CPU. If I kill it or reboot, it comes back. WWAhost.exe in details, folder from rightclick>properties is in the shot.

I have a Microsoft account and a live account installed on my WP8 are both necessary?

I installed both while feeling my way on the first day. Now I fear it is messing my calendar up It acts like it load two different calendars over on another. Also, when looking at my Window 8 computer, Mail and People look like the Windows 8 interface
but Calendar bring up the Hotmail look calendar?? Shouldn't they all look the same on Window 8? My mail comes in to Live .com from my provider on my computer.

Like above, if you've used Join Azure AD - it will automatically run

CloudExperienceHost might also be activated by Retail Demo Service
Disabling the mentioned service should cure it.
