Windows 10: Why do I have to restore my system since upgading to windows 10 1903

I have a HP 17 laptop and use Mozilla Firfox. Every since I upgraded to Windows 10 1903 in July, I had to reset one time and restore 2 times since it wouldn't recognize my Verizon Hotspot and I couldn't get on the internet. Why do I have to restore every two weeks since upgrading to 1903? It works fine between these restores.

System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.
