Windows 10: why do some games Minecraft: Java edition, or other say that you need a 3.3ghz processor?...

this is something weird I saw.

My favorite game, minecraft: Java edition says it needs a maximum of a intel i5, but minimum of i3. but I'm able to play it on a intel celeron 1017u with only 1.6ghz and with servers I get minimal lag. but I need to turn only a few settings down on single player worlds.

is it just how the laptop can manage the game itself too?

Cause for example. the pc I'm using is a acer asipre v5-131 with the intel celeron 1017u.

and another laptop is the toshiba satellite c55-b5100 with a intel celeron n2840 2.5 ghz and I get lagg on this pc, is it partly cause the celeron only has been upgraded to 8gb single channel ram, and the acer has duel channel 8gb ram?

Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you want to swap your editions of Minecraft that you have purchased, please
Contact Mojang Support and they will help you with this.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



As you need the Java Edition of Minecraft, you can follow the steps mentioned in

the Java Edition of Minecraft on your computer.

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition says I need to buy the game again

I launched minecraft windows 10 edition and for some reason it says I need to buy the game and that I'm on a trial even though I've had it for a while and I bought the java edition well before they released Win10 editon, so I got the game for free. This
didn't used to happen.
