Windows 10: Why does DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALndis.sys still exists after 7 WHOLE YEARS?

WHY?

WHY IT still exists?
What does Microsoft do the whole workday?

NOTHING, just pick one's nose and then calling it a day?

I get a freaking bluescreen every time I Boot up and then it works the next time. All because of this stupid internet driver, and the previous driver also leads to BSOD.


I AM SO FED UP, It will never go away, I tried everything already.

And what's really grinding my gear is that like the 6 BSODS I have per week it always says "We will send information to windows", implying that you actually TRY to fix the issue, but no, none, nothing

I really have lost all hopes in windows and in solving that bug, after all, I thought in 7 years it would have been fixed.


The first BSOD appeared when a third party software HP Asisstent program updated my IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 driver, then it all happened and since the last driver also BSOD's, I need to go 2 iterations back, which isn't possible.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I am a Systems Engineer (entry-Level) and I am having this issue. I have followed all the steps that were listed, even created a new user account. This is for a customer. When I followed the steps, before creating a new user, i kept changing the path to point to the correct place. The second time, and following, I ended up getting the 2 SID's, one with the .bak. Followed the steps to delete the regular one and rename the .bak. restarted and still signs in as a temp profile. So I ended up cfreating a new user and still get the same Temp profile issue. Could you suggest something? Thanks.
