Windows 10: Why does it say in settings that some settings are hidden or managed by my organisation?

Whenever I go onto settings some of them are grayed out and at the top of that page it will say in red:


*Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation.



I am not in an organisation and I am not connected to a work account so why is this happening, please reply ASAP, thanks.


P.S. This only happened a week before writing this and it happened about midday. I have not installed any new software.

I'm getting "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in yellow color for the following setting sections in windows 10.

System:

Notification & actions, Multitasking

Personalization:

Lock Screen, Start

Privacy

General

I tried following suggestions to fix the problem.

1. Reset my PC using windows advanced startup option.
2. follow all the solutions which are mentioned in here. link
3. Change Diagnostics & feedback to Full.
4. Reset group-policies for default. link
5. Restore windows

Please kindly suggest a solution to fix this problem.

Thank you for the link. I was able to set my Diagnostics Data to Full by using gpedit.msc. But I still am not able to get rid of "Some settings are hidden or managed bu your organization."

Any advise?
