Windows 10: Why does Microsoft not care at all about their customers?

I am on my countless winshit machine. Currently running windows 10. Laptop using 95% memory and 100% disk usage. Task Manager shows nothing running to warrant the use of these resources. **** Obviously the computer is doing something. Completely unusable **** as usual from ****. Cannot even run Word without "Program Not Responding" continually popping up.


I have stopped windows search and Sysmain thank you for more worthless **** to run in the background.


I have really learned to hate you people. You could care less about your customers.


Can't wait to hear your response.

Spend another day and a half reloading everything.

Have you downloaded and installed all 11,000 updates we have had in the last two days?

Microsoft Customer Care

Can i chat or call the microsoft customer care in india? A chat would be best.

Before moving on i want to know whether i can ask questions freely to the answer desk or are their limitations ?

I had a question which was really important and crucial for me but its a violation of Microsoft Community's Code Of Conduct

Thus i am asking contact numbers for the customer care.Can i ask the question to the answer desk freely , its a very important matter and if i couldnt get help , i should probably sent my pc again to the computer centre which would cost me money.

Please tell me the numbers to chat or call the customer care and whether there are limitations.

 

Nvidia Customer Care advises there may be a glitch in Windows 10 compatability checker

• What is the exact error or the difficulties you are experiencing? When you say 'bypass this glitch', what is the exact glitch or the hurdle you are referring to?

In reference to the glitch the wording is from Nvidia Customer Care and it is enclosed in the quotes “” below. I am contacting Microsoft or the Microsoft community following a suggestion to do this by Nvidia Customer Care. If given an e-mail address
I can forward the e-mail trail leading up to my request which may aid in understanding the issue.



Nvidia - “Thank you for the update and I apologize as the issues persist.

I can assure you that the card is being detected by the computer just fine, but it seems to be some form of conflict or corruption in the Windows Compatibility checker and the card is definitely compatible with Windows 10 as well, the drivers for which can
be found in the link below. I request you to contact Microsoft to check if there are any options to bypass this glitch.”

• What is the make and model of the PC? If it is custom built, what are the complete specs?

Bog standard PC put together by a supplier. I did a report for Nvidia on the system which I will try to track down.

- Besides verifying if the device is Windows 10 compatible, did you check if you have installed all the latest drivers available for the given make and model of the graphics card device?

The drivers installed are the current drivers recommended by Nvidia for the GEForce 710 - Windows 10 upgrading issues with the GEForce 710 [Incident: 160529-000345] and believed by Nvidia to be Windows 10 ready.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
