Windows 10: Why Does My Bluetooth Work in Test Mode but Not in Normal Mode?

Hello,I was experiencing an issue where my laptop's Bluetooth would disappear from the taskbar and Device Manager in normal mode. After troubleshooting, I enabled Test Mode, and now Bluetooth is working fine without any issues—the icon and driver are no longer disappearing.I am curious to understand:Why does Bluetooth function properly in Test Mode but not in Normal Mode?Is there a way to fix this issue in Normal Mode without relying on Test Mode?Are there any risks of keeping my laptop in Test Mode long-term?For reference, my laptop is an HP Notebook-15-ac173tx Product: T0Z08PA, Serial: CND5

For you to disable the test mode, you will need to run it as an administrator. To do this:

• Search cmd on the taskbar then right-click on
  Command Prompt then select Run as administrator.
  If you are prompted by a User Account Control window, tap or click Yes.
  
• In the Command Prompt window, type the following command, and then press Enter:bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
  
• After you see the confirmation, close the Command Prompt window.
• Save any unsaved work, and then restart the computer.

If it still wouldn't disable the test mode, I suggest that you enable the built-in administrator account so you can disable this feature. Please note that you will be using this solely for troubleshooting purposes only. I do recommend disabling this after
the troubleshooting to avoid messing up your computer's functionality.

• Type cmd in the search bar, right-click Command Prompt, and then click
  Run as Administrator.
• When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.

  Note In this command, <Password> represents the actual password that you want to set for the administrator account.

Microsoft added test mode to Windows so that users can test programs without having to provide an authentication certificate.

• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).

  bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

Freezes in login screen of Safe Mode. Works ok in normal mode

News: I have found that removing 2 (1 set) of the 4 sticks (8Gb total) of DDR, safe mode boots correctly. Checked also, that if I plug them again, safe mode won’t work. Then I have swapped sets, even mixing them with no luck. What bothers me is that these 4 sticks pass prime95 blend test in Windows normal mode (not safe mode).

The timings are auto and voltage to OCZ Reapers specs 2.1v. Tested also with specs timings entered by hand in BIOS (just in case). Do you have some suggestion? I have not changed them, they were working in safe mode as well as normal without issues even in games even OCed, and from Windows10 day one...This last Fall Creators Update has broken this, I think.

What can I do?
