Windows 10: Why does my computer BSOD when I turn back on the display?

I have a Windows 11 Lenovo PC with an AMD 7800 xt video card. I've been having an issue -- even after a fresh install -- where the computer blue screen of deaths when I turn back on my monitor. For example, I leave the room for an hour so I turn off the monitor. When I return, the computer is still running not in sleep mode and I turn on the monitor. Immediately, it has a BSOD. This regularly shows up in Event Viewer as volmgr.Beyond the fresh install of Windows, I've also use DDU in safe mode to remove and reinstall my AMD driver, as well as updated various other drivers such as Bluetooth a

Display does not turn off when pc is idle

Just did all the suggestions. Did not work. Display does not turn off.

This issue was from the beginning when I downloaded Win 10. I had Win 8.1 and the display always turned off as I set it.

My pc is HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23 all-in-one. According to "checking for updated drivers on display and monitors", I always get the response that the drivers currently installed are the correct ones.

Power setting turns display off as set but then it turns right back on

But you did not look at that tutorial's list of related tutorials for all the other
Add or Remove ... from Power Options - TenForumsTutorials
ones. That's what I suggested. The link to that particular tutorial was just a way in to the set of them.
