  1. Why does storage space show incorrect used space?

Storage Space is telling me I'm using 7.26 TB of 7.26 TB on Storage space E: but everything else is telling me I'm only using 1.66 to 1.7 TB.

Below is a collage of various utilities reporting storage usage as well as the result of a CHKDSK command. Based on other guidance I've found online I also ran "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" which completed successfully and "sfc /scannow" which completed successfully without finding any integrity violations. I also ran "vssadmin list shadowstorage" and it matches the values in the 'System Protection for Storage space E:' window. NOTE: While moving that window around I selected the "Disable system protection" button, this is actually turned on.

Show storage space in This PC

I can't get This PC to show the storage space bars for my drives and I've done all that's been suggested in this thread.
Any ideas why I might not be able to make the storage space bars show?

Make sure you have the "Tiles" option selected in the "View" tab.

    Storage Spaces capacity error

    Hi, Thanks for your response.

But this does not explain why 'storage spaces' says my pool is full and 'My PC' says i have 7.5 tb of space available?

'My PC' IS correct, 'storage spaces is incorrect. But 'storage spaces' will not let me add any new files/data.

I did run Disk cleanup like you suggested but there were no files to clean in the 'storage spaces' pool.

The pool is only used to store media files. Not OS.

    Please help x
