    Why does the phone system keep kicking me out and not letting me talk to a real person?


    I've called like 8 times, and NONE of them have presented me with an option to talk to a real person! It doesn't even let me select ANY form of option, it just goes "Thank you for calling Microsoft, goodbye!" *hangs up* Like... SERIOUSLY?! What kind of "support" is this?! Because it looks like a lack thereof! The chat is useless, too! What am I supposed to do? Magically teleport into the office at HQ and talk to someone?!Yes, I'm aware the product and version and topic is not related, get over it! I needed to post this and have my question answered!

    Also can anyone verify that Virtual Solutions LLC is a real and not a scam company who fixes computers after supposedly being compromised? they said they work with Microsoft for these issues that are not computer related but are related to security compromises.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
