Windows 10: Why doesn't Microsoft code sign hxtsr.exe?

This is causing issues/annoyances with white/blacklist applications whenever it updates. If it was codesigned by MS, it would just approve with the rest of the MS apps. Because it doesn't look important, I've been just letting it stay blocked for the better part of a year.


It resides under windows communication apps under the windows store directories. What it does is foggy. At this point though I don't approve the app in our application control unless I can get a definitive answer from Microsoft on its purpose.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
