Windows 10: Why doesn't my new Canon 3260 receive print signals from my AOL mail on my new HP computer.

I have a new Canon G3260 printer and a new HP computer. I cannot get the printer to receive print instructions from my AOL account.

Printing from AOL Mail issue

I have always been able to print from my AOL mail account from my Dell desktop computer (Windows 10) until a few days ago. I can print fine from my IPad and Iphone. Any suggestions?

I received this email from AOL back in November.

This means that you will need to take one of the steps below to continue using your AOL Mail without interruption. But don’t worry, you have options: Option 1: We recommend that you access your mail using our free AOL app for iOS and Android or simply go to mail.aol.com to access AOL Mail on the web. Option 2: Keep your current, non-AOL app, BUT follow a few steps to get it to sync with our secure sign-in method. Canon no longer printing wireless after update the Windows 10 Anniversary Update ...

Dear Angela,

I already preformed steps you suggested. Uninstall and install again. Also with the newest drivers.

De Canon printer remains Off line and doesn`t do where I bought him for.

I`m looking foreward to the next solution for printing/scanning wireless.
