Windows 10: Why has microsoft decided to block the wifi of my printer in the update of november 2020?

After the latest update in november my wifi printer is only working if I shut down the firewall. I don't understand why this is done. I mean, there must be working very intelligent people there, so why this stupid mistake? I see all sort of complicated fixes, the normal fixes won't work, but I bought my laptop for normal use, not for spending hours trying to fix mistakes of microsoft.

Microsoft Key Blocking Compatability Issues that block Upgrades.

Where can I get a list of the Microsoft Key Blocking Compatability Issues that block upgrades to Windows # 10,and that leaves a error message showing # 0xc1900107.None of the suggested methods to repair problems in order to receive and install November
# 1909 upgrade will work!I would appreciate a quick reply.Thank You.

 

After November update,printer does not work again.

My printer is a Lexmark X4975 multi-function printer.

I had the latest drivers from Lexmark (8.1 Windows version) prior to the November update, and the printer was going again.

Since the November update, my printer does not appear on the Microsoft list, and the latest support call informed me that my printer was no longer supported by the 8.1 drivers.

Somone else on this forum has apparently determined that there was a break in the parallel ports from the November update, and it was nothing to do with the drivers. I have tried re-installing the drivers already on my computer to no avail.

I will wait to see if this issue is ever repaired. In the meantime, SOL.
