Windows 10: Why haven't I received Windows 10 1809 Update?

I have two computers running Windows 10 Pro: one desktop and one Surface Pro 4. My desktop computer received Windows 10 1809 Update in September and I updated. Everything seems normal and I didn't experience the issues discussed on the Internet. However, my Surface Pro 4 still hasn't received the 1809 update? Why is that?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Win 10 all of a sudden open programs won`t minimise or maximise


Hi

I haven`t made any changes ..so probably a Windows update...previously with any running programs I could left click the icon in the taskbar and it would maximise and minimise...not now...also I can`t right click on desktop?? I also notice when I click on start I have these 3 `new` icons on top left of desktop...exted..pinned tiles..all apps...I never saw this before and it`s not on any of my other Win 10 pc`s (none of which have the issues described) Any suggestions gratefully received.
