Windows 10: Why in the world would Microsoft not let you move pictures from album to album in Windows10??

I don't see any way to move photos from album to album. And...I don't see any solutions from community boards. Please help if you know how to do this. Unfathomable that Microsoft would overlook this feature.

Bring up an album in Groove, click on 'More...', then click on 'Get album info'.

- anybody know how I can force Groove to accept a particular picture for an album cover?

- there is actually a picture included in the music folder, but Groove hasn't picked it up, and a search
from within the Groove app itself for the album details, yields only the song-list and not the album cover..(??) *Confused

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

1) Where have you saved the photo album in PC? Have you saved in local drive?

2) Did you check in Recycle bin?

As a workaround, Try to create a new folder and create a photo album and then save it on desktop or pictures folder in this PC.

If the issue persists, then try to create a new local account and check the issue in that account.

I suggest you to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue. Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
• Select Add an Account.
• Enter a user name and hit Next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
• Check if issue persists.
