Windows 10: Why is cut/copy options even available in a zip file. If you copy files from a .ZIP file...

Using File Explorer with an open zip file, why does the right click shortcut menu list the enabled options to cut or copy a file or folder? The clipboard does not copy a zipped file or folder because the paste option is not available when you try to paste. This is a documented problem back in October 2018 and it is still a problem now November 2020. This problem could be easily resolved by disabling the cut and copy options when File Explorer has a zip file opened. Please fix this problem or please provide an explanation why the cut or copy options should be available. Thank you.

Folders with zip files

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one
