Why is Desktop Window Manager continually using 92% memory?

Just as the title asked, . Here is what is happening, (or not happening), on my machine. I do not have any antivirus software running, with the exception of running windows defender from time to time, (which I manually execute). Everything in my start up was manually disabled, in fact, I have it set so not much happens on this machine automatically. I do however have my power management settings to never turn off the USB ports, or never go into sleep mode. About the only thing I can think of that my DWM would be doing is occasionally running my screen saver, but that couldnt possibly be eating 92% of my memory, right? I mainly run this machine for audio engineering and audio recording, I feel its also important to note, this machine has never been to any roguish websites, deep web, or porn as I am very very careful about keeping this machine clean I know Im probably overlooking 14,073 different things, so any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

    :)

    BSOD- memory management

Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.

Let us know the outcome after performing the provided steps.

Why is Desktop Window Manager continually using 92% memory?

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
