    I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.Still not working. Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play. Any ideas what is wrong?

    We understand how annoying it could be when the Solitaire card game is getting timed out.
    In this scenario, we would suggest you to reset the Solitaire game from Apps and feature.



    Steps to reset the Solitaire app.

    1. Press Windows + I key from the keyboard to launch
      Windows Settings.
    2. Select Apps. Click on
      Apps & feature from the left pane.
    3. Search and select Solitaire app and click on
      Advanced options.
    4. Click on Reset and follow the onscreen steps.
