Windows 10: Why is my CPU usage at 100%?

For the past few days, i have noticed my CPU is being used fully. I have restarted my pc multiple times, performed many virus checks with windows quick scan and full scan and with malwerbytes but no viruses have been found. No process is using 100% but my cpu temp is at 75 degrees at 4.7ghz. I am running windows 10 and have an i7-10700k. This started around the same time i started building an app with Expo Go so maybe a package i installed is causing this? Any help would be very much appreciated

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

 

CPU Usage 100%

PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.
