Windows 10: Why is my Laptop refusing the use the HDMI output Laptop Dell 15G 5530 to VIZIO TV

Hello! I have been having a specific issue lately. My laptop screen was broken a few weeks ago and I was able to use a second display by using my TV before being able to get it repaired at a shop. At/after receiving my laptop at the shop, they removed and with my permission recycled the screen, and were able to without the screen connect it to a computer monitor as they had to order a new one. They said I should be able to use the laptop without the screen as they did, and it should also automatically connect to the TV.However upon plugging my laptop into the TV using the same HDMI cable

LG TV HDMI output doesn't work for specific Dell computers

2. Resolution and Refresh Rate: Verify that the resolution and refresh rate settings on the Dell laptops are compatible with the LG TV. Lower the resolution and refresh rate on the Dell laptops to the native resolution and refresh rate of the TV to check if that resolves the issue.
   
3. HDMI Output Settings on Dell Laptops: Some laptops allow you to customize the HDMI output settings. Check the display settings on the Dell laptops to ensure they are set to duplicate or extend the display to the external monitor (TV).

Can't get maximum resolution on TV duplicating from Laptop

As the title suggests, I'm duplicating my laptop screen to my Vizio M55-f0 (2018) via HMDI port #4.

Laptop native resolution is 1366x--- but when I press info on the TV, the TV shows that its Outputting 1080p.

Old school Intel 3000HD series chip.

Resolution in windows settings for duplicate screen is showing as the correct higher resolution. As is the resolution displayed in the Intel Graphics dashboard.

TV is capable of QHD through this HDMI port.

Device manager shows HDMI audio output but shows video as General Monitor with Microsoft generic drivers.

What am I missing, why can't I get the TV to output the higher native laptop resolution?

I recently installed win10 64 on my old Dell laptop.
Ram:4gb,
Intel core i3 cpu m330, 2,13ghz
Graphic: Intel HD graphics

I have a problem with connecting my laptop to tv using hdmi cable.
First of all: it works if the tv is turned on first then laptop. If I try to do it opposite way: laptop first then tv, it tries to connect but it is unable. What happens is: I can clearly see it tries to connect, the display goes black (you can hear a sound if music plays for a sec too) for a second then goes back to "no signal" info and it loops in that state ( tries for a sec - no signal, tries - no signal ...) till I disconnect or turn the laptop off.There was no such a problem when Win7 was installed.
Anyone knows the solution? I always turn on the tv first but sometimes it doesn't work this way either or I switch to hdmi2 output then go back to laptop hdmi output and need to reset it because the problem persists so I am looking for the way to fix it.
Graphic driver is from 2012 and it says it is up to date.
