    Why is my profile picture changing to another picture that I don't own?


    When I logged in to my computer, I noticed my account's picture changed into this:Am I being hacked?

    Can´t change Profile Picture

    As the title says i can´t change my profile picture it appears this error:

    Profile picture

    I tried again what was suggested about searching for my profile pictures, and I cannot find them. It won`t even allow me to change it to one of my other 2 previous ones. Also, I can`t change my lock screen picture. Maybe I need an idiot-guide! lol.

    Hi AkashSharma3,

    Here are the steps on how to change your picture in your Hotmail account:

    • Log in your account at
      https://profile.live.com      .
    • On the left hand side, click Change picture.
    • Click New picture then choose the picture from your computer.
    • Wait for it to load then click Save.
