This issue could occur if the your playing a game at a different resolution than the desktop resolution.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode from Manufacturer's website, if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

  Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.

grey screen while trying to play a game.

so I bought dogfighter for me and my kid, his rig plays it fine, mine however doesnt. it did until I changed the resolution in game to native res now it just shows a grey screen and the game sound. tried deleting and reinstalling ttwice still the same. is there a fix for this?? hardware im good with but im a complete software dummy

This issue might have caused due to the power settings for the closing of LID is set to sleep mode.

• Press Windows + X keys and select the Control Panel.
