Why is my Sony USB Floppy A: drive merged into my Samsung SSD?

Now Samsung Magician can't properly work with my SSD until I completely unplug my floppy drive.

Hello,

I would like to use a Samsung USB Floppy Drive SFD321U/HP to sort and transfer the old data to my Windows 10 laptop. It knows it's there but can't find it's drivers. I have done searches and come up with a few but none will load correctly. Trouble shooting
has the same problem. Any ideas?

The driver now installed (10.0.0.10586.0) appears to be the generic Windows built-in driver. However the floppy drive may need a specific driver.

Did the floppy drive come with an installation media?

Also, can you get the Hardware Ids for the device:

In the Device Manager right-click the floppy drive > Properties > Details, then choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".

What is listed under "Value"?
