Windows 10: Why is my wifi so bad on my pc but it's completely normal on my other devices; my phone and...

Lately for a week or so my Wi-Fi has never been worse on my pc. I've even been disconnecting from my zoom classes and end up missing a majority of the lesson. I need help figuring out why my Wi-Fi is doing so bad as it is so I can tell my parents and help solve this issue. I've probably tried everything from changing my the settings of my computer Wi-Fi properties to resetting it countless times. This Pc is almost brand new, I've had it for around a month so I highly doubt it's the Wi-Fi card's problem.

No wifi on phone if my PC is turned off

I had to google dhcp. DHCP—which stands for Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and now i am of to work.Let's see if i can find something out on my routers settings page. More suggestion would me much appreciated.
# but don't you think if the ip's were "fighting" so to speak it would have be when the pc was turned on ? When the pc is off the router is sending data to only one device (one IP address),witch is my phone

 

Phone won't connect if I change wifi password

Done. Rebooted both phone and modem but nothing.

Thing is, I just returned from work and the phone connects normally to the work wifi.
It's to the one at home which it doesn't connect.

On the other hand, I have several devices connect to the home wifi without any problem...
So I'm not sure if it's a phone or a modem problem now.

Is there anything better than this which has maximum Wifi range? For example can it play movie from 30 meter distance ? From other room ?
