Windows 10: Why is my Win 10 64 install downgraded to 32 bit.

I could post hundreds of Coin references, MUI's Driver's ect.

Bottom line code in my PC overrides anything I install 64 bit and changes it to 32 bit.

HP Windows 10 64-bit downgrade to 32-bit.

Help?!

I purchased my laptop, being a HP Win 10, with 6 gig RAM, 1TB HD, from Office Depot. I had hoped and prayed I could learn to tolerate this version of 64-bit, but just like the version Vista had, it sucks worse than a high end vacuum for my wants and needs.
I have mostly dealt with just 32-bit since Win 95. Please, someone, tell me step by step how to downgrade this piece of crap to 32! I don't care about drivers - that's what the websites are for, I'm just tired of fighting with 64 when every time I try to
restore it, I get the 'blue screen of death'. I'm about at my wit's end.

Also, I know there's 'virtual machines' out there, but like I said, my expertise is on 32, not 64, and I don't feel like having multiple programs installed just to run the stuff I use. I'm used to the simple ways of reformatting a computer, and 10's options
are odd.

Like I said, I need a FULL install of just 32, being C and Recovery drives, please. I do have a CD/DVD drive, and 16 gig flash drive, if needed.

Please, someone, help me??

 

Upgrade Windows 10 32-bit to 64-bit.

You have to do a "clean install" of Win 10 64 bit. There is no "upgrade" process from 32 to 64 bit.

Did you have Win 7 Home or Pro. There is no "free upgrade" from Win 7 Home to Win 10 Pro. You have to do that upgrade in at least 2 steps:

Win 7 Home to Pro to Win 10 Pro

OR

Win 7 Home to Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro

The 32 bit to 64 bit upgrade is a separate additional step.

Run the WinVer command. What Version and Build do you have?

If you have Version 1803, many people have reported "accidental" upgrades from Home to Pro by MS. But that "upgrade" doesn't work!

 

Downgrading from 64 to 32 bit OS

I took my hard drive out of a 64 bit machine and installed it into a 32 bit machine. I want to DOWNGRADE to the 32 bit OS. How can I do this?
