Windows 10: why is my win 10 lagging ?

i have used my laptop for 1.5 years. It has functioned smooth . Now it is lagging. I have reinstalling win . But it reverts back to the same condition within 3-4 days

Windows 10 Suddenly Starts to Lag

Win 10 boots...

Interesting that it works on that oldie but goody laptop.

I don't notice any speed lags with Win-10 TP, but I'm using it on an i5-4670K system with an SSD for the boot drive, so it's snappy.
