Windows 10: Why is the age for using the feedback hub 18?

I understand that little children aren't supposed to use this, at least give 16 year olds a chance to share their opinion about stuff. For example, i find it quite sad that i'm forced to use bing as the default search engine for phone link. i wanted to share my opinion about this but it seems microsoft doesn't want inspiration from teenagers. I mean no offense, but how are you going to promote your brand to younger people when you restrict them from giving their feedback. and please if no changes about the age restrictions are made, at least tell people that they have to be 18 or older.

• Got to Settings and click System.
• Click Apps & Features on the left pane of the screen.
• Select Feedback Hub then click Advanced options.
• Under Storage usage and apps reset, click Reset.

Feedback hub slow to open

Hi,

App loading issues are usually caused by slight conflicts within the system. We suggest that you reset the Feedback Hub app and check if it helps:

• Click on Start, and then Settings.
• Go to Apps.
• In Apps & features, look for Feedback Hub.
• Click on Feedback Hub, and then click on
  Advanced options.
• Click on Reset.
