Windows 10: Why is there a problem with internet connectivity after the latest update?

Why is there a problem with internet connectivity after the latest update? I had to roll back in order to have internet again and my router and internet connection are working perfectly, none of my other devices have problems. I tried every trick in the book from the internet, reinstalling drivers, rebooting, resetting setting, command prompt, literally EVERYTHING. Nothing worked and I had to roll back to the version before the update, which means it was the update. I lost a whole day because of this and I am very dissapointed. I hope that there will be a fix soon because i know I cannot escape the update for very long.

My device is a Lenovo Ideapad 510 and I run windows 10.

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

Hello,

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.

Method 1: Internet Connection Troubleshoot

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter
  

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer
website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.

• 
  Select Network Adapter and expand the driver icon.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
