    Forum users with Hotmail/Outlook/Exchange account

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    How do I remove ads from my cell phone in my inbox?

    For us to be able to assist you in removing the ads that you've been seeing on your inbox, kindly answer these question:

    • Which Windows version is currently running on your phone?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far?
    • Are you receiving the ads through email or text message?
