Windows 10: why mobile hotspot in windows 11 cant share connection

previously i use windows 10 and no problem with that, all features are good, working excellent, but after i upgrade to windows 11 i have a problem on mobile hotspot, in my laptop i cant use that feature, no connection on other device, how to fix that?

Windows 11 Mobile Hotspot no "Share over" setting

I want to use my mobile hotspot on Windows 11 so my phone has an internet connection.

I've seen that I can use the built-in mobile hotspot from Windows, but I don't have the option "Share over". I only have the option "Share my connection from".

Can anyone please help me?

Internet is not connected in Mobile Hotspot

We can try the following ways to troubleshoot the issue:

2. Is there some settings like "Allow all Users" when creating hotspot, if so we can try to enable it, then all devices are able to pick up hotspot connection.
   
3. All the devices or only one android device cannot connect the network name of this hotspot? If all the devices can not connect to this hotspot, it may be a problem with creating or sharing hotspots, if only one android device can not connect this hotspot, it may be the settings problem with this android device.
   
4. Is there a device that can find the network name of this hotspot?
   
5. If a device discovers this hotspot, when we want to connect to this hotspot, is there a prompt to verify the network name and password?
   
6. If the android device can connect other wifi or other hotspots, it may be settings problem with this android device.
   
7. We can try to add a hotspot network manually in the android devices, then we view if it can connect the mobile hotspot.

first of all, try restarting the PC and try again.Otherwise, follow this procedure: Go to network connections, access the properties of the network adapter connected to the internet> Sharing tab, enable Internet Connection Sharing and confirm by pressing
OK. (Skip this step if Internet Sharing is already enabled). Return to the Sharing tab and disable Internet Connection Sharing and confirm by pressing OK.
Enable the mobile hotspot from the Settings panel and try again.

Note: When using the mobile hotspot, the checkboxes on the Sharing tab must remain unchecked, otherwise the mobile hotspot will not work
