Windows 10: Why my Disk is showing 100 % usage on Windows 10?

I went to the Task Manager and it shows 100 $ usage but I don't know which process is causing that?


Please Help!

100% disk usage

I have tried all following steps ->

Disable Windows Search

Update your device drivers

Disable SuperFetch service

Disable Antivirus Software temporarily

Change your Google Chrome & Skype settings

Fix your StorAHCI.sys driver

Still when I disable windows update in servicers.msc it turns ON after day or 2..
