    Why my fortnite crashing on the battle royal


    I keep crash on fortnite since chapter 5 realesed i can play reload and some creative maps but when i join the waiting zone it crash .I asked epic games support and they said this : Hello, Thank you for the files provided. We have carefully checked them all and can confirm that the crashes you're encountering are not directly linked to Fortnite but rather the computer. No further troubleshooting steps related to Fortnite are necessary at this point, we kindly ask you to check with Microsoft or a PC technician to solve the issue you're encoutering.     downloads fortnite battle royale having problems

    i finished building my new pc a week ago i want to download and play fortnite battle royal but when i try to download it i get a message that reads ''This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application
    vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package'' idk how to fix it if it helps I have windows ten home
    Update: the file says 'EpicInstaller-7.0.0.msi'
