Windows 10: Why my MSA does not show my Device ?

Hi All,I have bought a new Laptop .I have already used it to sign into my MSA.I have found the other 4 devices which I have already used before .However

still my MSA does not show my new device .Could you please give an advice .I appreciate your response

It was upgrade from WIN7 retail.

Windows 10 was automatically activated when logged in with MSA.

Under your MSA in a Web browser, there is DEVICES tab.

You will see all the devices attached to your MSA.

It shows other attached DEVICES with the same MSA.

However, if you want to reactivate after motherboard-change, you should be able to see the list of DEVICES attached when you go through ACTIVATION TROUBLSHOOTING.

My new computer says "The previous windows on the device was NEVER activated." This is wrong.

As mentioned, the old laptop clearer states, "Windows 10 is activated linked to MSA."

I do not see any devices listed with the same MSA on Laptop even though I see them in MSA in a web browser.

Microsoft Account not showing Windows 10 Licence


I had a notebook with local users and a copy of Windows 10 Pro activated. So I decided change the local user into a Microsoft Account to link my license with my MSA.
On the device it's allright, now teh activitaion tab shows "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account". But my MSA doesn't list this device in devices list. I have other devices activated that are listed, but not this one.
Anyone know what's happening? Why my device is not listed in MSA?

I have ran DISM, SFC, and group policy settings are changed, no changes on MSA
