Windows 10: Why my wifi setting only appears after few minutes?

My wifi stopped working on my computer, but it worked fine on my phone, so the computer was the problem. I tried to run "solve the problem" setting and it restarted my computer. After that, my wifi adapter stopped working and I tried redownloading it, and now it says it's up to date. It helped for that moment, but when I turn on my computer again restart it the wifi adapter doesn't work. Now I have to connect to a Bluetooth device internet to connect to "Intel driver support and assistant" and it starts working. It says that the wifi adapter works fine, but it doesn't. Wifi network not appearing after recent Win 10 monthly patch

Someone else on another forum suggested I switch the wifi freq on my Android Nexus 5x. So I switched it from 5ghz to 2.4 and it worked! Problem solved. Now my Nexus hotspot is again appearing in my Win 10 list of available wifi networks. So problem was with Android and not Windows.
