Windows 10: Why my window is not locked?

My laptop was stolen ftom my office. Its being a month its not locked. And the battery status at that time was 28% now its 58% . thay means that person is using my laptop. And microsoft did not lock it.

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

How do I unlock the drive where Windows 10 is installed?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
