Windows 10: Why my Windows 10 keeps complaining No Internet Connection, when I can post this question...

I'm sick of Windows 10 complaining about no Internet.

Windows Update complains "Error Encountered" and asks me to run troubleshooter.

Troubleshooter says "You need to be connected to the Internet to see recommendations. No recommended troubleshooters right now". I am connected to the Internet !

This nuisance affects my Office 365 programs too. My Outlook is deactivated when it had been running fine previously. Upon clicking Activate, I receive "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later."

Can anyone give me real solution here? Not check network, not reboot, not reset device driver, because I am connected to the Internet, evidenced by this post itself. Besides, I've done all those to no avail.

I've also done editing Registry to EnableActiveProbing (set to 1) as per tips below. Frankly, it had been always been 1.

Internet Connection troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on
  the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter and
  Network Adapter troubleshooter.
