Windows 10: why no question mark on hindi keyboard

some key characters are missing in hindi keyboard mainly question mark and slash.

I want to know where can I get Hindi keyboard map for Utsaah hindi font.

I know typing in Hindi with Kruti dev font using English keyboard.

this is the font I have to learn to type.

Typing in different hindi font needs different keyboard map so I searched on internet but I could not get

keyboard layout on English keyboard for Utsaah hindi font.
I have US English Remington keyboard but hindi key bindings for Utsah font I could not search.

If you are trying to use Hindi font in your computer, you can install the Hindi keyboard on the computer by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Time & Language.
   
3. Click on Language.
   
4. Click on Add a language, select Hindi and click on
   Next.

How can I enable inscript hindi keyboard in Windows 10.
I want to enable Hindi inscript keyboard in Windows 10 I read a blog here

in the clock and region section I do not see an option to add another keyboard

I do have some language pack support installed which I got to see here
