Windows 10: why no warning?

Installed Windows 11 like I thought I should.Since then, my laptop crashes, is slow to load, glitches.Essentially struggling with a 'messed up' laptop since W-11 entered the scene- and yes, I've done Updates.I just went to 'Help' and discovered that W-11 cannot be reversed without saving contents on external drive and complete uninstall if length of time is > 10 days.I feel duped.Question: Why was there no warning with W-11 download?

I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R keys, opens the Run Command.
• Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
• Under General Tab, select Tabs.
• Select if the Warn me when closing the multiple tabs is
  checked.
