Windows 10: Why rest download GEARS OF WAR 4 from Microsoft Store

Hi why rest download GEARS OF WAR 4 from Microsoft Store even I m not cancel the download but I just did stop update windows then I did to normal update because the download stop the second question where the download saved folder I can not found IS it protected or own server

I try to install Gears of War 4 but how can it be that I have to download 402.3 GB????

This is crazy! I already uninstalled the complete MS Store and reinstalled it, but somehow it still saves the unfinished download and it is continuing to download the game with 270GB of 402.3 GB
