Windows 10: Why there are two mouse cursors on hp laptop screen? One cursor is in the top center and...

Two days ago as I was using my hp laptop, all of a sudden I see two mouse cursors. One cursor stays in the top center of the screen in a round faded circle shape, while the other cursor moves when I moved the mouse, but it keeps blinking as I move the mouse. I tried restarting every other time when I change the mouse settings, I deleted most of the apps thinking it might be that. I don't know what else to do. Most of the times when I tried to send a message, the enter button wouldn't work and the mouse would not work either. So I have to keep closing and reopen new browsers when I want to send

Mouse cursor jumps to top of screen

Hi, my mouse cursor is acting very weird. The cursor jumps to the top of my left screen on dual monitor setup. It's been fine up until today. It's a wireless mouse and has new battery. I have a video of it but don't know how to post or add link to YouTube.
Any help would be great as it's almost unusable.

Yesterday an extra fixed mouse cursor appeared in about the center of the screen. The regular cursor the moves with the mouse shows up blinking when the mouse moves and then disappears. Sometimes I can click to select items and sometimes not. I have pursued
solutions through the HP Support Assistant and HP online support without success. I use a wireless Logitech mouse. I have tried another mouse and this does not help even if rebooted. I have worked through the various mouse setting in Windows. I know I have
been getting a lot of Windows updates recently and don't know if the problem may relate to an update. Suggestions?

 

Laggy mouse cursor in the top right corner?

That's like saying, cut your arm off in case of an infection, instead of curing the infection itself. It's not helpful is it? I don't want a cursor without shadow or a black cursor.
