Windows 10: Why won't Maps on Windows 11 find known addresses when searched for?

Why won't Maps on Windows 11 find known addresses when searched for? I have reset the app. Tried Repairing app. Made sure location was on and still when I search for known addresses it tells me that it can't find them. It happens on just about any search. It also happens on multiple computers running different builds of Windows 11. Screenshot attached.....

Thank Mohan Babu ER and Analy [MSFT] , after considering and combining your suggestion, I found my solution:

At first, I had trouble whenever I locate an address on Maps (after searching and navigating, of course), if I want to save, "add to favorite" (as you may interpret) or pin this location on my offline map, I have no idea what to do.

Now I figured it out:

- Step 1: search for the location as in your favour

- Step 2: when the result appears on screen, scroll up (or slide up) the information below the symbol =

- Step 3: choose Save (with "a star" symbol) or pin as you wish

The Saved locations would be shown on your favorite list (the star on the bar below). To delete a favorite address, go to this list, long-press on the location and choose delete.

Excuse me if I am saying what you have already known, but I must say Maps on Window 10 has been a disappointment than Window phone's previous versions of Map. Very difficult and unfriendly interface to use, especially unwell known nations' maps like Vietnam.

cortana won`t talk to me

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
