Why Wouldn't I Be Able to See Local Group Policy In Windows 10 Home

Why Wouldn't I Be Able to See Local Group Policy In Windows 10 Home 4ce5f162-01b3-4d9a-b31e-9373d7c9fcb6?upload=true.png I'm looking for the Default user who has been hiding on my computer and rewriting software as I use it. They seem to have set up shortcuts everywhere. I cannot find them, nor can I access Local Group Policy. Nor do I share any folders. This hacker set them self up on my computer as the Default user and I'm the Administrator. I cannot access this account to login, In my account settings all I have to login into is my user account. So, in my research, I see Group Policy, in the HKey area, but I cannot get Local Group Policy Editor running. There is no file.

    :)

    GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

    • Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
    • Press Windows + R to open Run.
    • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

Should you have more concerns, feel free to post.

    Regards.

Backup and Restore Local Group Policies

Is there a way to backup and restore all local and group policies entered in Windows 10?

Is there a way to share local and group policy settings in Windows 10?

I searched for Powershell scripts that can be used to change local and group policies but could not find any .ps1 scripts.

What programming language can be used to change local and group policies in Windows 10 so that it would be easier to customize new installations?
