Wi-Fi network adapter and Wi-Fi issues

Hello, I have a Dell Vostro 3558, Windows 10, and for several months now I've been having a problem with my Wi-Fi network adapter which prevents me to connect to the Internet. It wasn't so bad at first I would just shut down and boot pc again then the Wi-Fi would work but now every time I turn my pc on, I never have access to the Internet or to any Wi-fi connection. My network adapter is Intel R Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160, when I go into Device manager it's always hidden and once I unhide it, I go into the General tab and it says Code 45. If I try troubleshooting to see if I can fix this

    :)
