Windows 10: Wifes lap top-family connection

For awhile she was able to connect to the internet and to th U of AZ for her e mails.....but today she can not even get on the internet thru our family msn connection. She has an asu e mail but not an msn e mail, Now she is unable to do anything on internet... is this because she has no msn e mail? This was ok for more than 3 Years so now what do you suggest she do concerning this problem? Our family connection was doing just fine 'till today. please give us some advice

Dell lap top problem

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

 

Signing in to my lap top

Three people are authorized to sign into and use MY Lap Top. My wife rarely does, thus she can't remember password. I can use "account.live.com/password/reset with my Microsoft account and sent code number to her cell phone. Question will that code be for
her or for me. Understand that.....she's not trying to change email PW, proplem is that she does not know PW to log into the lap top and will need to use my Microsoft account to do so is that possible or is there another way.

FSX on a lap top

I was given FSX as a gift and at that time I had a lap top with a disk drive that I could use. Now, my new lap-top does not have a disk drive but I saw in the box that it came with a product key. does this mean that I can download it on to my new lap-top
with the product key? where can I do that?
