    wifi and bluetooth suddenly not working


    i have an hp pavilion laptop with windows 10. all of a sudden 2 days ago my wifi and bluetooth have completely stopped working. going to device manager, the wifi (intel wireless ac 9560) originally came up as code 10. i tried resetting bios, reinstalling drivers, hard shutdowns, messing with command prompt, etc to no avail. after resetting bios it worked for a few hours but now it shows up as code 43, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

    does anyone know how to resolve this issue? i have no idea what caused my wifi and bluetooth to completely stop working overnight. i can only assume it was some sort of auto update that caused this issue. i've scoured forums to no avail. id really love to now have to do a completely reformatting of my laptop and start fresh. thank you!

    I went through the processes you have listed above and I still have the same issues No Bluetooth and no WiFI. Are there any other suggestions I may try to see if I can get these working again?
